If any customization was applied by 3rd parties it was very difficult to upgrade. There is also light manufacturing at best and absolutely no true configuration.

Two things that would be tied on the dislike scale. 1) The GUI is very out dated and is very "clunky". 2) This software still used the Prevasive Database product which is very slow with constant calls between the server and workstation.
