How it works

Admin By Request

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 Admin By Request is a global provider of SaaS-based enterprise security solutions, delivered through its Zero Trust Platform. Founded in Denmark over a decade ago, the company now serves customers in more than 160 countries and has grown over 900% in five years. The platform gives IT teams control over privilege and access through three products, Endpoint Privilege Management, Secure Remote Access, and Web Access Management, all delivered without additional infrastructure or dedicated staff. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 Endpoint Privilege Management is the platform's foundation, giving IT teams control over elevated privileges on endpoints. It enforces least privilege by removing the standing local admin rights that malware and credential theft depend on, then returns elevation just in time through Admin Sessions or per-application Run As Admin, with files scanned by OPSWAT MetaDefender before anything is elevated. It runs across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Secure Remote Access extends that same approval-based model to remote work, covering remote support, server administration, and vendor access without the VPNs or jump servers those tasks usually demand. Built on Zero Trust principles, it grants browser-based connections that open only when needed and terminate once the work is done, split across three components: Unattended Access, Vendor Access, and Remote Support. Every session runs through an approved request with MFA, and can be both logged and video recorded. Web Access Management brings the same control to how users browse the web and download software, working directly at the endpoint. It intercepts browsing and download traffic locally and evaluates it against defined policies, setting which browsers and sites are permitted and gating downloads behind approval or Intune compliance, with OPSWAT MetaDefender scanning files before release. Trusted activity moves through without friction, while high-risk downloads are blocked, quarantined, or routed for approval, each one logged for a full audit trail.

Clerk.dev

Clerk is authentication and user management for your application. Drop in React components for sign-in, sign-up, profile, and organization management, or scaffold the setup from your terminal with clerk init, which detects your framework, installs the SDK, and creates your auth pages, middleware, and providers. Style the components to match your brand with any CSS library, and deploy to your own domain. Clerk handles the full session lifecycle, including active device monitoring and session revocation, and gives you the multi-tenancy primitives you need to onboard and manage organizations in a B2B SaaS app. Subscription billing works the same way. Add recurring revenue to a B2C or B2B application by dropping in React components, without writing payment code, building custom UI, or wrangling webhooks. The same source of truth that holds your users now holds their subscriptions, so the work you'd usually spread across an auth provider, a billing integration, and a pile of glue code collapses into one set of components.

Syteca

Syteca - control privileged access and detect identity threats in one place. Syteca is a PAM platform built from the ground up with identity threat detection and response (ITDR) capabilities. Instead of bolting on monitoring after the fact, Syteca was designed monitoring-first: every privileged session is visible, recorded, and auditable from the start. The platform covers the full privileged access lifecycle - account discovery, credential vaulting, just-in-time access provisioning, MFA, and manual approval workflows. What sets it apart is what happens after access is granted: continuous session monitoring, risk detection during active sessions, and automated response actions (block the user, terminate the session, kill the process). Syteca works across Windows, macOS, and Linux, and supports on-premises, cloud, and hybrid deployments. Licensing is modular - you select and pay for the capabilities you actually need. Trusted by 1,500+ organizations in 70+ countries. Recognized by Gartner and KuppingerCole.

TrustLayer Mail: Compliant Email Archive

TrustLayer Compliant Email Archive gives organisations a centralised, tamper-proof email repository for compliance, eDiscovery and everyday email recovery. Every message sent, received or exchanged internally is captured and stored in a separate, secure cloud archive, so you can answer a regulatory disclosure, an internal investigation, a GDPR Subject Access Request or a lost email in seconds rather than days. How it works Capture is journal-based. Your email platform sends a copy of every message to the archive using its standard journalling feature, so there is no proxy in the traffic path and no MX change. Exchange (all versions), Exchange Online in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Domino and GroupWise are supported, with EWS and IMAP collection available as alternatives to SMTP journalling. Setup takes minutes and needs very little day-to-day administration. Archived messages are de-duplicated, compressed, indexed and encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit, then held in a high-availability cloud hosted on AWS. You choose your data location at provisioning: London (UK) or Frankfurt (EU). Retention is configurable, from indefinite to automatic deletion at a set age, and retention changes are gated behind Data Guardian approval. Search covers sender, recipient, subject, body, dates, keywords, wildcards and attachment content. Users can open results in their native email client, forward, restore to their mailbox, print or save to PDF, and an Outlook add-in lets them browse their personal archive without leaving Outlook. Governance built in Five access levels keep control tight. Standard users see only their own nominated addresses. Privileged users run eDiscovery searches across some or all mailboxes, with a full audit trail of what was searched and opened. Data Guardians, typically a DPO or Compliance Officer, review privileged activity and receive alerts whenever a search runs. Privileged and Delete users can remove messages through an audited process to support the right to be forgotten. Administrators manage accounts and settings but cannot search the archive. An immutable audit log of all search activity, AD and SSO authentication with Multi-Factor Authentication, and audit reports emailed automatically to designated mailboxes give you the evidence of governance that auditors ask for. Why organisations choose it Respond to investigations and Subject Access Requests without trawling individual mailboxes Cut premium mail server costs by up to 75% Users find and restore their own lost emails, without a ticket to IT Historic email stays accessible via the web interface if your primary email service goes down Only active users need a licence: old mailboxes and ex-employees are not chargeable Migrate from an incumbent archive with PST and IMAP import, plus an optional legacy import service Part of the TrustLayer platform Compliant Email Archive is an add-on to Email Security in the Mail layer of TrustLayer One. Four layers, eight solutions, one portal. Protection is priced per user, per month, per layer, and sold and switched on through BT, MSPs and resellers.
