What do you like best about Progress ShareFile?

As a regular user of Progress ShareFile, I like the combination of secure file sharing, access management, and ease of use. It provides a convenient way to exchange files with internal and external users while keeping the process organized and controlled. I also appreciate that it supports automation and integrations, which makes it useful not only for day-to-day file sharing but also for more structured business workflows. What do you dislike about Progress ShareFile?

One area I find challenging with Progress ShareFile is that some administrative tasks and integrations can require more effort than expected. When working with APIs, automation, user or group management, and configuration changes, troubleshooting can sometimes be difficult because the errors or logs do not always provide enough detail to quickly identify the root cause. What problems is Progress ShareFile solving and how is that benefiting you?

Progress ShareFile gives me a secure and convenient way to share files with people both inside and outside the organization. It removes many of the limitations of sharing files through email and makes it easier to control access to important information.
