"KeeperPAM review"
What do you like best about KeeperPAM?

My organization is currently using a suite of products from Keeper Security, with KeeperPAM being one of the key solutions in production. This tool has truly transformed how we manage and control access within our infrastructure. Due to the sensitive nature of our work, certain systems must remain offline, yet they require constant monitoring for critical mission applications. KeeperPAM addresses this challenge by allowing us to maintain these mission-critical systems offline while still enabling secure access. We no longer have to worry about exposing these systems to the internet for remote access. KeeperPAM lets us configure resources and assign them to users without ever revealing login credentials.

Another feature we find particularly useful is the ability to schedule password rotations, eliminating the need for manual password changes. Once set up, the application handles this process automatically. We also appreciate the "Just in time" access functionality, which allows us to grant temporary access to external support teams or contractors. This feature creates a one-time account on the resource, and once the work is completed, the account is automatically removed, enhancing our security posture.

A significant advantage for us is having complete control over KeeperPAM within our own environment. While there are other hosting options, on-premise deployment suits our business needs best. Unlike other solutions that require additional software to connect to resources, KeeperPAM integrates directly with our password manager vault, making it a seamless, all-in-one solution for our team.

Keeper Security's installation documentation is clear and easy to follow, and their customer support has been consistently available in the event I need assistance with installation or configuration. We rely on KeeperPAM frequently for both internal and external use, and it has proven to be reliable since its implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KeeperPAM?

At this point I currently have nothing to point out that I dislike. The product fits our needs and is continuing to grow and mature with the feedback from customers that use the product. I see great potential with all of Keeper Security products going forward and look forward to continuing the relationship. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Deployment and usage of KeeperPAM"
What do you like best about KeeperPAM?

It is easy to use since it integrates directly with the Keeper Vault. The distinction between users and devices simplifies managing credentials and allows sharing access with others without revealing the actual credentials. For us, the main use case was being able to grant developers access to production environments only when necessary, which helps minimize potential attack vectors. What do you dislike about KeeperPAM?

The main difficulty I encountered was with the documentation. Although the system and its features are well-documented, the information is dispersed across numerous pages and sections, which often makes it challenging to gain a clear understanding of how the system functions. "Secure, Simple, and Powerful PAM in the Cloud"
What do you like best about KeeperPAM?

Keeper’s cloud-based PAM solution is incredibly easy to deploy and manage compared to traditional PAM tools. The user interface is clean and intuitive, which makes onboarding new team members fast and painless. I especially appreciate the seamless integration with SSO (via Entra ID) and the ability to enforce strong security policies without adding friction for end users. The auditing and reporting features are also very robust, giving full visibility into privileged access activity.

Our team are using it every day and so far no one is complaining about the solution.

Finally, Keeper Support teams are very proactive and can appoint expertise on adhoc basis. This is a real plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KeeperPAM?

So far, very little to dislike. The solution is feature-rich, but it would be great to see even more advanced analytics and automation options added in the future.

Also having the "start tunnel" feature inside the web browser app would be great to avoid having to install Keeper desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very good challenger"
What do you like best about KeeperPAM?

We have been users of Keeper Vault for years, and we have therefore decided to test Keeper PAM. This solution clearly revitalizes the world of PAM by offering a modern and efficient approach. The full web interface allows for quick and smooth access without having to deploy heavy clients on workstations. The integration into Keeper Vault is completely seamless, ensuring centralized and secure access management. Another strong point to highlight: the quality of support. Whether it's the account manager or the technical team, responses are quick and relevant, with the possibility of scheduling video sessions to assist with implementation or train teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KeeperPAM?

The downside of this modern approach is that the initial setup can sometimes prove to be a bit more complex. The granular management of rights, whether at the gateway level or connection entries, requires some time to adapt. Nevertheless, this remains consistent with one of the product's strengths: the strict application of the zero trust knowledge principle, which significantly enhances security but demands a more rigorous handling. "Our Keeper Pam experience is very good and intuitive"
What do you like best about KeeperPAM?

KeeperPAM has made it easier for us to manage our remote servers without having to log into the company VPN every time.

The fact that it is always available and only requires a simple internet connection is a game changer.

It's very easy to use on the user side. I use it every day to manage domain controllers, for example.

The support is also excellent. We had problems with a bug, and the support team solved the problem quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KeeperPAM?

I didn't like the initial configuration, I had some difficulty understanding the process, but once I understood the steps to follow, I configured everything quite easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Gateway Solution That Streamlines and Secures Privileged Access"
What do you like best about KeeperPAM?

I value the flexibility of deploying a multifunction gateway in different environments. With these gateways, I can use SSH, RDP, and tunneling, and I also have the ability to retrieve secrets from my vaults. This arrangement makes accessing highly privileged equipment both more streamlined and secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KeeperPAM?

So far, I haven't encountered any negatives; my experience has been entirely positive here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Access Solution, But User Mangement Could Improve"
What do you like best about KeeperPAM?

I love that it is is a single pane of glass solution for RDP, SSH, password vault, etc. Its a great product. Very searchable, lightweight, easy to implement. Great all around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KeeperPAM?

Removing users when they are no longer in the organization seems harder than it should be. We had to jump thru some hoops to remove legacy users and free up their licenses. The access permissions are a little hard get figured out the first time when working with the roles, teams, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeper and its features are the best bang for the buck"
What do you like best about KeeperPAM?

I like the fact that there is an abundance of features that are included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KeeperPAM?

There isn’t much to dislike but being that I’m personally not a Linux guy (enough to be dangerous) having to get help, I think support assumes everyone is a Linux expert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Experience Keeper + KeeperPAM"
What do you like best about KeeperPAM?

What I like most is the native integration with the vault and the ease of access, which makes it very simple to reach remote resources. I also appreciate the continuous evolution of the product. The container-based integration is also a simplification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
