**What do you like best about ROUTEE?**

It does not provide value for the money. The support they provide is cumbersome needs to be with a team to help resolve any issues that come up. The user interface needs to cleaned it negatively impact the user experience because this platform is not user friendly.

**What do you dislike about ROUTEE?**

There is not anything that I find favorable about ROUTEE. It would be helpful to have an API that allows checking which network a phone number belongs to in order to determine SMS rates in advance. The customer service is frustrating. Does not ensure that all concerns are promptly solved.

**What problems is ROUTEE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Routee has some drawbacks that limit its potential. The platform sometimes lack intuitiveness, which frustrate users. It provides features it falls short in terms of ease of use. It remains a communication and marketing automation service at a higher price.

**What do you like best about ROUTEE?**

It provides variety of communication options to interact with the users such as sms, email, voice channels helping my business to grow organically. It's personalized customer interaction facilities, scheduling of messages makes my business a 24x7 customer supported as well.

**What do you dislike about ROUTEE?**

Routee pricing is little on the upper side for business of my level, and somewhat a little complex for the less techy owners like me. I have noticed rare reliablity issue which is ok, but can be reduced.

**What problems is ROUTEE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Routee has empowered my business to grow organically by helping it reach new customers, enhance its customer support and reduce the communication gap. Routee offers several communication options to make all this possible, which is very easy to use and integrate with the system.

Routee's SMS capabilities have added an easy to use channel to increase our marketing reach.

**What do you dislike about ROUTEE?**

I wish the UI was a little bit cleaner but it doesn't effect how easy it is to use.

We needed to reach more people and the SMS capability has made that possible and easy!

When it gives you good information on what you are doing throughout the weeks. Sometimes there is really interesting stuff. i just haven't looked before this unfortunately.

there is nothing that I dislike about it.

**What do you like best about ROUTEE?**

Good Detailed Documentation and Examples. Routee is integrated in our system and sms are sent automatically.

**What do you dislike about ROUTEE?**

There's no API to check to what network a number belongs for us to determine our SMS rates in advance before sending an SMS.

**What problems is ROUTEE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using it to remind customers of past due payments.  It is as close as you can get to integrating directly with the operator.

It is easy to use and works fast and smoothly. The platform is very reliable and competitively priced.

**What do you dislike about ROUTEE?**

UI needs improvement as the menu seems quite complex and text-heavy.

The messages to ported numbers sometimes get lost, and the customer care team has to be notified after that to solve the issue.

I have found it to be the best in its competition as the reliable service meets all requirements.

Service quality is decent. Customer support is responsive and the services are reasonably priced. Variety of features.

UI needs some tweaks as it is not very intuitive at some places.

**Recommendations to others considering ROUTEE:**

Simple and effective marketing automation platform. Gets the job done but just be aware of the fact that it is slightly buggy and is not very intuitive to use at some places but overall, it is a good platform with a variety of features and reasonably priced.
