What do you like best about ROUTEE?

It does not provide value for the money. The support they provide is cumbersome needs to be with a team to help resolve any issues that come up. The user interface needs to cleaned it negatively impact the user experience because this platform is not user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ROUTEE?

There is not anything that I find favorable about ROUTEE. It would be helpful to have an API that allows checking which network a phone number belongs to in order to determine SMS rates in advance. The customer service is frustrating. Does not ensure that all concerns are promptly solved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ROUTEE?

It provides variety of communication options to interact with the users such as sms, email, voice channels helping my business to grow organically. It's personalized customer interaction facilities, scheduling of messages makes my business a 24x7 customer supported as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ROUTEE?

Routee pricing is little on the upper side for business of my level, and somewhat a little complex for the less techy owners like me. I have noticed rare reliablity issue which is ok, but can be reduced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UI needs improvement as the menu seems quite complex and text-heavy.
