The initial setup was straightforward and quick, as the process is mostly self-service, allowing school IT teams to configure and test it independently. This removes a major operational bottleneck for us, speeds up onboarding, and reduces our support load, especially across different time zones. **What do you dislike about SSOJet?** The onboarding documentation assumes a certain level of technical familiarity that not every school IT contact has. A few of our implementation calls ended up being more about walking clients through concepts than troubleshooting the product itself. They also provide you the list of supported SSO providers and built-in templates, that we can send it to our prospects to ensure we are ready to handle their single sign-on requirements. **What do you dislike about SSOJet?** Some of the options we needed were in the enterprise plan that was needed for our business like custom clams, machine tokens, etc. But after explaining our AI agents use case, their team enabled these features in our plan. **What problems is SSOJet solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can not enable authentication with enterprise SSO for our customers. Now when we get new enterprise customer, we don't need to worry about their IAM providers and can quickly send them instructions and template portal to setup their IAM providers for single sign-on. ### 5. It also is easy to set up and it connects with many of the common services we use, generally helping to keep to organize our life. **What do you dislike about SSOJet?** I have encountered limited integrations at the moment crossing my way in the list of integrated apps. It deserves to be an appropriate that It can support more software we use commonly. This functionality will save us time from transferring information between platforms which will only improve the workflow. **What problems is SSOJet solving and how is that benefiting you?** SSOJet has tremendously decreased the difficulty level of our B2B client onboarding process.
