Connect it to everything else
TWICE is API-first. Every function in the Admin runs on the same public REST API you have access to, which makes the platform headless and composable by design. Read, create, or update any asset — inventory, catalog, orders, customers — through standardized endpoints. Webhooks handle real-time integration with your ERP, POS, logistics, or accounting stack.
The same layer powers our MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, which gives AI agents structured access to your commerce data and workflows at the same level as a human operator in the Admin. Agents can understand product lifecycles, conditions, and value states, and act across your systems without losing context.
