What do you like best about Lockii?

Lockii has made running my trailer rental business way easier, especially while working another full-time job. I can have customers book, sign contracts, verify their driver’s license and insurance, and complete pickup and return instructions without me having to be there. It has helped me make my rentals almost completely contactless and saves me a lot of time answering calls and coordinating pickups. I also really like how responsive the Lockii team is. When I have a question or issue they actually listen and work on improving the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lockii?

It is so easy to use and way cheaper than my previous softwares, I wish I knew about Lockii sooner Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lockii solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem Lockii solves for me is time. Before having an automated system, trailer rentals can involve a lot of texting, calls, paperwork, verification, and coordinating pickup and return times. Lockii puts most of that into one process. It allows me to run my rental business while working my regular job and gives customers the ability to rent a trailer without needing me there for every step. As I continue adding trailers, I can grow the business without having to manually manage every rental. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
