Booqable has eliminated the manual back-and-forth we used to deal with. Customers can check real-time availability and book instantly on their own, without needing to message our team to confirm dates. The inventory tracking is also a big win, we can see exactly how many mats are out and how many are coming back, so we're not double-booking stock anymore. Being based in Indonesia, we don't have access to any of Booqable's built-in payment methods, none of them support local Indonesian payment options. So despite the platform automating booking and availability, we still have to handle payments manually outside the system, which brings back some of the friction we were hoping to get rid of entirely.
