"Excellent Equipment Visibility and Reporting That Streamlines Rentals"

What do you like best about EZRentOut?

We like the visibility we have into our equipment. We can see what's rented out, what's overdue, and what's in for maintenance all in one spot.

Creating quotes, reservations, and rental orders is quick and easy too, which really helps streamline the workflow.

Lastly, the reporting is great. Being able to see utilization rates and which equipment is actually earning its keep takes the guesswork out of our inventory decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZRentOut?

Honestly, there isn't much I dislike at this point. The software does what we need it to do and has fit our workflow well. If anything, there's a bit of a learning curve when you first get started, but once you're familiar with it, everything runs smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EZRentOut solving and how is that benefiting you?

EZRentOut solves the problem of keeping track of our equipment across the whole rental process. Without it, it would be easy to lose sight of what was out, what was overdue, or what needed maintenance. With EZRentOut everything lives in one place, so we are able stay organized and nothing gets missed.

It's also made our booking process a lot faster. Creating quotes, reservations, and orders takes just a few minutes, which helps us serve customers quicker and keep things running smoothly during busy periods.
