Trailer Rentals on Autopilot
Lockii has made running my trailer rental business way easier, especially while working another full-time job. I can have customers book, sign contracts, verify their driver’s license and insurance, and complete pickup and return instructions without me having to be there. It has helped me make my rentals almost completely contactless and saves me a lot of time answering calls and coordinating pickups. I also really like how responsive the Lockii team is. When I have a question or issue they actually listen and work on improving the platform.

Lockii to the moon!
Lockii has allowed me to scale my rental business from 3 to 5 trailers within just a few months of signing on with them! If I knew about them sooner, I would have signed on with my very first trailer. If your goal is to offer smooth, contactless, truly automated rentals, then this is the platform for you. And the customer service… unbeatable!

I love Lockii's design and think the support is amazing. The automations have been a game-changer for my business. I went from getting 30 phone calls a week down to about 2, and I've been able to add 2 new locations to my business. The checkout and booking experience is so simple for customers. The system that allows customers to take pictures and fill out quizzes at pickup and return is amazing. It automatically verifies customer drivers licenses and insurance information, which means I no longer have to do anything for most of my bookings. Plus, our conversion rate has increased almost 60% from our old platform. The onboarding team was super lovely, and it only took about 45 minutes to set up Lockii. I also love that Lockii has a public roadmap and listens to my requests, making me not want anything else.
