Optlo

Take one customer question arriving on your website at 2am. Optlo's agent picks it up, answers from your own material, and where it cannot, says so and puts the thread in front of a person with everything it already knows attached. What is unusual is who pays for the thinking in between: the model call runs on an OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini account registered to your company, so that provider bills you for it and Optlo does not. The material the agent draws on is whatever your team already maintains - site pages, product documentation, help-centre articles - plus answers written by hand for the questions those do not cover. It works in the customer's language and asks a follow-up rather than guessing at one. Its route through a conversation is not improvised. Flows are drawn in a visual editor and every step in them can be opened, changed and audited, so a surprising answer can be traced back to the step that produced it. Where a step needs live data, a secure connector reaches Stripe or any HTTP API to fetch an order or write a record without sending the customer off to a form. The commercial consequence is that two bills arrive instead of one, and both are readable. Optlo invoices the platform. Your AI provider invoices usage, at their rates, against the caps you set in their own console. Nothing is marked up per resolution, and changing model or provider later does not mean changing the support tooling around it. Pricing is a platform subscription based on active conversations and seats. Starter is $19 per month and covers 500 active conversations, 1 seat and 3 workflows. Growth is $59 per month and covers 2,000 active conversations, 3 seats and 8 workflows. A custom plan is available for higher volumes and priority support. Annual billing gives two months free on both paid plans. A 7-day free trial requires no credit card and includes AI usage, so you can evaluate a working agent before connecting a provider account of your own. Optlo suits support and CX teams that are comfortable holding their own AI provider account; teams that would rather not hold one are better served by a bundled tool. The company was founded by Jonas Budelmann and is based in Auckland, New Zealand. Product documentation is published at optlo.com/docs, and online support runs Monday to Friday, business hours New Zealand time.

OvationCXM

OvationCXM is the orchestration operating system for customer experience. We help banks, payment companies, and enterprises coordinate the work behind onboarding, servicing, and support — across applications, internal teams, and outside partners — so customer journeys move faster, cost less, and stay compliant. No rip-and-replace of legacy systems. No code required. How it works: • Design and manage journeys — A no-code, drag-and-drop builder for internal and customer-facing journey flows. Ecosystem connectors let you include and oversee steps handled by outside vendors, so multi-product, multi-team work runs from a single source of truth. • Orchestrate across the ecosystem — Coordinate execution across core systems, CRMs, and external partners without changing legacy infrastructure or writing code. • Optimize with AI — Use GenAI insights to refine journeys, surface next-best actions, and put technical knowledge in front of support teams so they resolve issues dramatically faster. Built for what's next: Agentic AI As AI agents begin acting on customers' behalf, OvationCXM gives institutions a way to receive, govern, and audit that activity — applying the same controls to AI agents that they apply to people. Our 2026 research found that 71% of finance leaders already factor agentic capability into their choice of bank.
