**What do you like best about FuseDesk?**

Very usable for a team to access everyone's emails. As a manager, I can keep up with what everyone on my team is doing all at once.

**What do you dislike about FuseDesk?**

It deletes title and cc when you change the template... very annoying... like the most annoying thing ever.

**What problems is FuseDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting team members emails done when they aren't in the office.

**What do you like best about FuseDesk?**

I LOVE that I can search through past emails. If someone calls into the company, I can easily see their communication history, even if it wasn't with me. This helps me solve their issues quicker.

**What do you dislike about FuseDesk?**

Email threads are very messy, sometimes repetitive, and often jumbled up. I would love to see these cleaner or crisper.

**What problems is FuseDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to transfer cases when a co worker is out.

**What do you like best about FuseDesk?**

I like that I can see all emails coming in and that emails are separated amongst my team.

**What do you dislike about FuseDesk?**

FuseDesk deleted your CC'ed email and subject when you click on the template you use. Mutliple emails will show up when you respond or recieve one. Drafts won't save.

**What problems is FuseDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FuseDesk is helping my team respond to all our client's emails promptly. When coworkers are out it's an easy way to jump in and respond for them.
