**What do you like best about FROGED?**

The only thing we liked about Froged, is its ability to send trigger-based emails & in-app messages. I don't have many positive points to highlight for this software.

**What do you dislike about FROGED?**

Literally everything. The UI, The product depth, and the customer support.

It automates the trigger-based user interactions that we wish to execute.

**What do you like best about FROGED?**

I USED to like the support team and the UI of the system Since, I have migrated to a different system, but while I was using it i was happy, that is until they shut my account down which is the basis for this review.

**What do you dislike about FROGED?**

I was a lifetime deal member. you pay 1 price for lifetime access through Appsumo. I wanted NPS surveys, and felt that this should be included with the LTD license. They disagreed, so they had me sign a contract for a year commitment for the NPS Surveys. 

Nowhere in the agreement did it say that if I miss a payment, or stop paying for the NPS surveys, they would nuke my LTD account, which was a seperate thing. If anything, they should have removed the NPS feature that the contract was for. Instead, they are holding my whole account hostage (an account that I paid for, with a lifetime deal). When I approached them, they claim that because the NPS survey contract was breached, they blocked my whole account until I pay the full amount of the annual agreement (the amount missed). This is insanely unethical to nuke an account that is already paid for, for a single feature that was never included in the LTD deal.

Customer service, and even front-end contacts to potential customers!

**What do you like best about FROGED?**

It is a versatile tool that allows for simple and effective interaction with the user, whether through chat, automatic emails, or flows. It can be integrated with the CRM you use to obtain additional information about our users and better segment the communication we want to make. I highlight the support it has, as they always respond immediately.

**What do you dislike about FROGED?**

There are few weak points that I have found, mostly related to missing functionality that other lower-value tools have, such as the ability to run surveys, record sessions, heat maps, and the ability to add floating bars on the site.

**What problems is FROGED solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a product that is complex to explain, and the web interface can sometimes be somewhat overwhelming for the user. Froged allows us to interactively show the different sections of the website and what each term means. We also use it as a consultation chat on the site.

With Froged we have been able to automate and improve a multitude of internal processes to enhance our customers' user experience and our communication with them.

There are functionalities that we have not yet been able to implement, but we are sure that they are being developed :)

We have managed to automate a multitude of processes that we used to do manually, which has allowed us to dedicate more time to the client's needs.

**What do you like best about FROGED?**

The tool simply works, it has a very easy and good UI and the team is awesome, always willing to help.

**What do you dislike about FROGED?**

At the moment, when I first contracted, they didn't have the Whatsapp integration. It tool some time but they have it now.

Tracking all user interactions in one tool together with customer service. Customer service reps now have full visibility of the user's journey.

**What do you like best about FROGED?**

It is a new product on the market, but it works well. As a result, customers become more engaged and the company becomes more responsible. A company's business opportunities grow as more customers are satisfied. The workspace can be customized, events can be tracked and analyzed in detail.

**What do you dislike about FROGED?**

They should revise their pricing plan since it is too high for small businesses. As they lack some features that can make work more straightforward, a few updates are still needed.

I highly recommend this software because this has good features to make the website attractive and engage the customer with it well.

**What problems is FROGED solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automatic pre-created answer helped us to guide and solve customer queries. We can filter the email preference according to the interest of our targeted audience. The ability to save the same replies of different customers and answer them in one shot helped our team save a lot of time. Tracking customer interest helped our organization to move the business in the right direction, all thanks to FORGED.

What I like best is the fact that we can simplify our processes by using this product. When we have to deal with customers, it makes our process a lot easier!

There are times when the system does not run the way it needs to, and when this happens, we get frustrated with the system.

Some problems we have solved have been lower costs, scalability, and integration, new releases (upgrades), and easy-to-use and perform proofs-of-concept.

**What do you like best about FROGED?**

It is very easy to use and integrate. The support they offer is good and they are usually open to changes and suggestions. When there has been a problem they have solved it quickly, even on weekends. 
Something that I like is that they continuously make improvements and new features. Not only that, I have asked for help several times and they have recommended use cases for me to implant in our saas

Some integrations are missing. From what they say is in development

We think Froged is a good choice for small and medium Saas/platforms who want to get good results with a low cost

**What problems is FROGED solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for these problems:

- Froged works well when you want support your users. They have a great chat (with a great UI). Also, they provide a knowledge base for my customers

- Our software is complex (an accounting saas). My clients' questions are always the same. So we need a tool to be proactive and send a response to the client before the problem arises

- We continually make changes (sometimes even changes in legislation) and we need to keep our users up to date. With Froged we send email campaigns and messages in app (notifications)

- Sometimes trial and paid users get cold (honestly, it's normal. Accounting software is boring). I needed an automated way to detect when a user is asleep and make him follow up

- Our potential clients often have many doubts about whether our software fits with your business. The chat on the landing is good for us. We send automessages (notifications) to arouse your interest and try to start a conversation. 
Despite the cost of having agents, we have realized that it is profitable since the paying customers usually want a personal treatment

**What do you like best about FROGED?**

I love how easy the tool is. It easily integrates with my wordpress site and tracks very deep level visitor data without any extra coding. I could easily connect it with my email marketing tools. And, also the customer support is outstanding. I had couple of suggestions, feature requests and queries, they responded quick and even helped me with step-by-step instructions.

**What do you dislike about FROGED?**

I won't say I dislike it, but I felt Froged lacks a bot system in their live chat. If they can come up with some basic bot based automations for communicating with the leads, then this tool will beat all the competitors.

**Recommendations to others considering FROGED:**

If you like to track your visitors and then convert them into leads and then eventually convert those leads to loyal customers, then Froged is the tool you should use. The team behind this tool seems to be solid, they respond quick and act fast. Also the tool is already built very well, almost zero bugs and stable.

**What problems is FROGED solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Major problem that I had with my marketing campaigns were not being able utilize every penny I spend for driving traffic. I mostly run FB ads and very often I see that visitors come and go without much action. But now, with Froged, I can precisely track hot visitors with buying intention and then send them auto-messages to initiate a chat with them. I found that a visitor is more likely to convert on high-priced products when he/she has a good conversation with my team.

**What do you like best about FROGED?**

UI is super clean, intuitive and simple to navigate. With the Javascript SDK you can basically feed any type of data from your app, do dynamic tagging, add custom attributes, setup event tracking, and then with the Dynamic and Manual Segmentation you can do pretty much anything you want.

The web chat is great. If a user starts a chat session, I immediately get an email (in seconds) with a direct link to the chat window. Works perfectly both on desktop and mobile browsers. You can add private notes on the conversation, and right next to the chat box you can see all user data, which helps you provide great user support. You can use saved replies as well. You can also send attachments, emojis and even gifs.

**What do you dislike about FROGED?**

The native Android app for the chat works on a basic level. As far as I can tell, push notifications are not working yet, but they do have it in beta. According to support, the are working on updated native apps for Android and iOS. Once they are done with that, all should be good.

If you need to understand what your users are doing in your app or website, Froged works prefectly.

**What problems is FROGED solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a SaaS and I'm always looking for tools to help me manage and understand my users. Froged helps me understand users actions and behaviours, which helps me improve my SaaS and provide better customer support.

**What do you like best about FROGED?**

Froged is a fantastic software that has all the features that makes it one of the best chat platforms in the market. We are waiting for the knowledge base portal with the CNAME configuration and the multi-language support. Both of these functions are in their road map

The support is first class and JuanJo is a very kind person!

**What do you dislike about FROGED?**

The company and their tools are brand new. Therefore, it will take some time to see how they will grow and expand their company.

Froged is definitely recommended if you are considering sharpening your method of customer communication
