What do you like best about FuseDesk?
I LOVE that I can search through past emails. If someone calls into the company, I can easily see their communication history, even if it wasn't with me. This helps me solve their issues quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about FuseDesk?
Email threads are very messy, sometimes repetitive, and often jumbled up. I would love to see these cleaner or crisper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
