Are you planning to have template emails for SDRs?
We have an internal collaboration for our SDRs on how to create good prospecting emails, but I was wondering if you have plants to create something on Groove for that, sharing emails that have good opened and replied results.

Hi Kelly. Groove does enable you to create templates that can be shared among other reps. We also allow you to see what templates are performing best. I would encourage you to reach out to your customer success manager to learn more.

You need to go to your "sent" box, and if you're using Gmail, you will see the little infinite icon. Hover it and you will see if your email has been opened.

Question on: Clari
How can we run Salesforce reports that connect with how many students use the Groove Scheduler function?
I'm looking to use Groove Scheduler for all of my future appointments, and for different stages through a students admissions process. I'm labeling the appointments accordingly, but I can't run Salesforce reports that show all the different appointments that a student has scheduled.

Hi Nathan - Great question.
One great way to surface all of the meetings scheduled with Groove’s scheduler in a Salesforce report, would be using the fields “Is Created By Groove” and “Subject”, on an Task and Event report.
The field “Is created by Groove” will surface all activities and events that are synced using Groove, while using the “Subject” field can act as an identifier for finding the specific meeting name that the scheduler is using for scheduling your activities.
It's also worth mentioning that if these students happen to be in a Groove flow when the meeting is scheduled, this will count towards the Groove analytic, "Meetings Booked", which is surfaced under the Flows tab in our Analytics page.
