Time and attendance captures clock-ins by facial recognition and geofencing on the mobile app, or on-site biometric devices (ZKTeco, Suprema, Matrix and others), with shift scheduling for rota-based teams. Leave management handles multiple leave types, accrual rules, carry-over caps and encashment, with UAE and Saudi public-holiday calendars built in.
In the UAE, Bayzat is a licensed insurance broker: it places and administers group health cover, keeps member lists accurate automatically, and lets employees view digital insurance cards, check network hospitals and submit claims by photo from the app. Benefits administration covers leave, allowances, wellness perks and end-of-service across the region.
Bayzat Finance brings company spend onto the same platform: OCR receipt-capture expense claims reimbursed through payroll, accounts payable with AI invoice capture and cross-border payments, and, in the UAE, prepaid Mastercard corporate cards with per-employee limits.
Bayzat Studio lets teams build their own apps, workflows, service desks and integrations on top of the platform, and Bayzat AI adds natural-language reporting, an HR Knowledge Hub chatbot and insights. Performance management runs review cycles, weighted goals, competency and outcome goal types, rating scales and 360 feedback, with employee engagement surveys including AI-generated questions.
Everything connects through 90+ integrations, including Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Muqeem, Mudad and GOSI.
