"Ensures true Anonymity with Robust Accountability"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zuman?

I love how Zuman combines true anonymity with robust auditability – most tools give you one or the other, rarely both. The encrypted, anonymous channel lets employees share honest feedback on sensitive topics – workplace culture, manager effectiveness, ethics concerns – without fear of retaliation. Since we started using Zuman, our reporting rates for sensitive issues have jumped by 35%. We’re catching problems earlier, when they’re still fixable. The tamper-proof audit trail is a lifesaver. Every response is timestamped, and I can see who accessed what and when – without breaking anonymity. When legal or investigators need documentation, I export the trail in minutes, not days. Setup was incredibly smooth for a tool handling sensitive HR data. Sign‑up took two minutes (no credit card required for the trial). The consent language editor was clear – we customised the opt‑in text to match our employee handbook in a few clicks. Within 30 minutes, I had our first live anonymous survey ready. What do you dislike about Zuman?

No native integration with Kallidus (our LMS and performance platform). When an employee completes a compliance training course in Kallidus, Zuman doesn’t automatically trigger a follow‑up feedback survey. I have to manage that workflow manually. A native two‑way sync would make our processes seamless. The mobile admin experience is limited. Reviewing responses, managing the audit trail, or customising surveys on a phone is frustrating – the interface isn’t optimised for small screens. I have to wait until I’m back at my desk. A proper mobile admin app would be a game‑changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
