I really like that Empeon is extremely easy to work with. The Time and Attendance feature is part of an all-in-one system where Holiday and PTO are integrated into the payroll processing, making it very efficient. It's also extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for beginners. The switch from the basic desktop platform to Empeon was driven by the more digital and online controlled options it offered, plus not having to import time cards for payroll was a big plus.
