**What do you like best about Benify?**

It is very easy to view and analyse the compensation benefits and manage the taxes being paid as well, including that by the employer. The whole system is web-based with good interactivity and logical flow. Good customization and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Benify?**

Not really much to dislike for it serves its purpose well. Will update if I come across anything particular in the future.

**Recommendations to others considering Benify:**

Go for it. It does its job well.

**What problems is Benify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed me to have a better look at my compensation and also analyse the effect that various selections would have on it, especially tax. With the simple logical flow i could comfortably use the software.

**What do you like best about Benify?**

I really like the support for different languages. It is a great to tool to make your employees appreciate the benefits. It is more helpful when the company have employees across the globe because sometimes it is hard to reach to the HR/support staff who is residing in a different timezone, this software makes that condition go away at the first place.
Great GUI as well.

**What do you dislike about Benify?**

Haven't given me any reason to dislike anything.

**What problems is Benify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to contact my HR team to find out how many leaves I have left. I can see my compensation and benefits online now.
