I would like it to be more feature-oriented. **What do you dislike about CertiPay HR?** It is still in the initial stage, needs to handle more complex HR cases. Attendance management is one of the most complex of all and such cases are bypassed. **What problems is CertiPay HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Basic integration with the biometric device is smooth. The first punch-in and second punch out cases can be handled with the policy configuration. ### 2.
