The Zevo system is flexible, easy to use for admins and employees, and gives each client a personalized experience with a modern look. With detailed customization and a number of features used to enhance the system, it really allows it to feel like an extension of our client's systems. There have been some challenges with the reporting functions, particularly in customized reports. Navigating through the reporting interface can be a bit complex, but the support team is always there to assist, and they continue to refine the reporting aspects to be clean and user-friendly.
