When I downloaded the software this was an outdated version of Windows Password Recovery Tool which was dated prior to Windows 11 so the burner stick did not work. I contacted the company and then got a message that they would respond in 48 hours which was too long so I proceeded to do a factory reset of my computer instead of trying to get a password recovery.
