We're always looking for the best way to create work resources for new staff. Does SmartSheet have anything helpful in creating a kind of "instructional" workflow to teach the user a specific process, for example?

What is the best way to track weekly meeting / weekly meeting minutes for the project in Wrike? How about small tasks that needs to be tracked but do not necessarily warrant the creation of tasks in project?

This is very easy to use it. The easy to use dashboard has enabled us get comprehensive view of projects across the entire business. It has streamlined internal communication with ease of sharing information across different teams.

Example; sales doesn't need to see all the columns that manufacturing see & creating separate sheets becomes hard to manage, if i could filter views for each section then they would see only what they need to see & check boxes could then be used to automate who can see what & when.

We have a lot of things we'd like to be able to do with Podio but not having a Podio guru on staff we are limited to what we do with it. Podio doesn't seem to have a lot of support or an account manager for us to work with directly and the community boards are slow in responding.

I don't like having to follow up on Smartsheet's update request forms it sends to users. If there is a way to have it resent until fulfilled, that will prevent me from reaching out with personal reminder emails.

I work on several projects at a time. But sometimes, I would like to see the dates compared on both projects to understand if one will be affected or overlapped by the other. So is there a simple method to put one timeline on top of the other.

Right now when you upload an excel document you only see the first tab or the tab you choose in Smartsheet and then the remaining tabs from the document have to be uploaded separately. Will there be a feature that allows an upload of an excel sheet and view all tabs on one single smartsheet?

From a project side we use an agile approach with Kanban oborads but I am not sure how we should be using it for our daily operations.

To have live document editing, like Google Docs, this helps when there are multiple people on the same sheet at the same time. Sometime when its not live editing and the items come up live, new edits get missed by people.

I assign tasks and reminders to myself, sometimes I set them for a specific day and TIME. However I do not receive notifications for these (only in the daily email I receive from Asana). I'd like to get notifications, just like when someone else assigns a task to me.
