We only use Monday.com here at our corporate office. I was wondering how we might be able to expand this component to our divisions. How many users can we have using Monday.com at one time?
I want to print out several views of our project list for weekly meetings with senior management: one for the current week and another for a larger view of all of the department's projects. Senior management would be able to review upcoming projects and allow us to re-prioritize projects if needed.
If an item has been created without a template or does not follow the traditional workflow due to human error, how can we set up notifications or warnings to catch these mistakes earlier?

I know I can see the work on each board in 3 ways. The calendar view is handy, but the timeline view is what I think would benefit my team the most when it comes to showing the higher-ups the huge volume of work my small team is doing. Is there currently a good way in Monday to do that?

I want to add a jpeg photo when using the side by side settings in the intake form. It says "upload files" but when I try to upload a photo it won't work? So I had to build a dashboard and add it as an image instead. Aesthetically, it doesn't look great.
There is an expectation to learn and adapt, albeit this is as yet more straightforward than attempting to handle entire division errands in various undertaking plans or possibly daily agendas.
