I understand MaaS360 cannot be used via a proxy server from within company's network. How can we user MaaS360 connect to MaaS360 servers and APNs servers via proxy servers.

I have setup this feature using Google work accounts. If we have a bespoke app it will not deploy silently. Tech say I need to enroll using DO mode but when I do that I receive an error about already reached the maximum number of devices?
