What do you like best about MakeForms?

I found the setup process straightforward. The forms' aesthetic is modern and professional, adding an elegant touch of class to my forms. Custom domain setup was a breeze, and the flexibility to toggle between different form styles is a thoughtful touch. MakeForms offers a range of form styles, including a handy one-step form feature, which looks great. The variety caters well to different kinds of projects, making it a flexible choice for collecting data without fuss.

What truly set them apart for me was the exceptional customer support. When I encountered an integration issue, their team was highly accommodating, offering a video call to resolve the problem. What do you dislike about MakeForms?

Currently, one issue with MakeForms is that attachments in integrations are provided via download links, not direct transfers. I was informated this is because of HIPAA and GDPR compliance, ensuring secure data handling. Currently, attachments are stored on MakeForms' servers. The team has informed me they're looking for the best way to resolve this.

What do you like best about MakeForms?

MakeForms is easy to get started and offers all the standard question types. One of the most powerful features is to capture multiple answers for a single question, e.g. all details of all laptops you own. What do you dislike about MakeForms?

What do you like best about MakeForms?

Been using Makeforms ever since I heard about them and the support I was given along the way was awesome. It is very easy to use and doesn't take much time to take it from production to live and getting the results in. Make forms is like an alternative to other form apps that are expensive and clunky.

My personal goal for using Make Forms is for client prequalification which makes this app more than enough for me.

What do you like best about MakeForms?

First, the value is excellent. With 5,000 submissions for just $29 a month, it’s affordable for handling high volumes without breaking the bank. I also noticed it loads quickly when embedded on my site, which keeps things running smoothly for visitors – a big plus for user experience.

Another feature I liked is the verified submissions option. Initially, I was hesitant since it adds an extra step for users, but it didn’t reduce the number of quality submissions. It actually helped filter out irrelevant ones, which is a nice bonus.

The storage is generous too; 10GB on the base plan is more than enough for my needs, especially when collecting file uploads. Finally, the user interface is simple and easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MakeForms?

What do you like best about MakeForms?

I saw Makeforms born, I was one of the pioneers and I must say that it is not just another alternative to existing form generators: it is the specific solution for every need and stands out from all the others for its design and functionality.

I have a lot of respect for the Founder, all of us in the Facebook community, he is always attentive to the user's every need, and continually improves the product to keep it competitive and modern. In particular I am satisfied that Makeforms respects GDPR compliance, which makes me feel safe, especially for us Europeans who are subject to heavy fines for non-compliance
