Litmus is really a great software for email marketing. Since the first day we installed it, it has brought a huge impact in our company. It is expensive but necessary for any company doing email marketing. It is super incredible and supports nice and highly customizable features that does not require any training to learn and use. What do you like best about Litmus?

I appreciate that Litmus allows me to share email content with people who may not have a Litmus license. I also value the feature that lets me highlight specific areas and indicate exactly where I suggest making edits within the content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Litmus?

This is a minor issue, but I would prefer if a pin or comment could stay attached to the specific item it refers to. For instance, when commenting on an image, if the creator moves that image, the pin currently stays in its original position rather than moving with the image. I’m not sure if it’s technically possible to change this, but it’s a small concern compared to everything else Litmus provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Litmus?

Litmus has made my role at work so much easier! It has been a breeze to check emails on all different platforms on one website. I used to have to send emails from the ESP to all different email addresses and check them from my phone, tablet, and desktop. With Litmus, I have saved so much time. I also love the fact that our clients can make corrections directly in the email, letting us know what to change or fix. It's also very easy to send emails directly from the ESP to Litmus to check for spam issues! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Litmus?

We sometimes have issues where the code doesn't update the changes, but they are seen in the previews. This can be frustrating when there is a tight turnaround on a deadline, and we have to go back and forth between the two previews to see what hasn't been changed. What do you like best about Litmus?

The length view allows you to view all your email client tests at once and zoom your browser in with full resolution. What do you like best about Litmus?

One of the main upsides of using Litmus is the dynamic preview that is updated as and when we code, also the previews from different devices which helps to understand the rendering in various email clients and devices.

What do you like best about Litmus?

I've used Litmus for years. It beats Email on Acid hands down. The Builder feature is intuitive. Overall if you build emails, templates etc you're going to need a platform that shows you how your work looks on a bunch of platforms. Litmus is the best. What do you dislike about Litmus?

If it was more intuitive to narrrow down previews to just one or two problem browsers so that I'm not going through the previews quite as quickly would be great, Also the Salesforce plug-in is so limited as to be pointless. Litmus makes email creation easy! From coding highlights to snippets and templates, it's easy to integrate business specific and critical dynamic coding into the platform to use in our system. What do you like best about Litmus?

Litmus helps us know as email marketers quickly and efficiently what our emails look like across a wide spectrum of platforms and devices. The renderings are delivered at remarkable speed, and the preview pane is designed for collaboration. I like being able to make notes on the individual renders so that my team can communicate clearly about where the issues might lie. We use Litmus for all of our templates, roughly 2-3 sends daily. What do you dislike about Litmus?

I love that you can view email previews across all devices - and the program checks to see if your creative is ADA compliant and passes accessibility checks.
