**What do you dislike about Insense?**

  ### 17. If you're a new creator this could be an option, but the pay is terrible if you're established.

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Insense?**

There are many offers for creators to primarily make UGC Content, from local to global brands. Use the app or website to comb through offers and find what's a great fit for you.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

Most brands on the platform offer way below market rate and ask for far too much content in return. If you're a new creator, this might be an option, but if you're an established creator, most of the offers are wildly insulting.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insense in a past marketplace where creators can find new offers daily, so, if you're a creator starting out, this could be a decent option to get some campaigns under your belt and make a little money along the way. As an established creator, it can be challenging, as you might get a vast array of offers, they are almost all considerable under market rate.

  ### 18. Easy, Scalable Creator Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christy S. | Cofounder and CMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

I have launched two campaigns with Insense, and it gives me access to great creators very quickly and easily. The brief is easy to use and captures all of the right information. The creators who applied are generally a good fit for what I am looking for. I love the insights that Insense offers for the creator profiles. Overall, it's been a very helpful platform and I cannot imagine scaling creator marketing without it.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

I find the chat experience with the creators to be a little disorganized. It's sometimes hard to find the creators at the right stage, and toggling back and forth between diffferent views of the campaign and creators doesn't feel intuitive. The customer service is really slow, although compared to other platforms I reviewed, it is good that they do have some customer service.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insense gives me the ability to find and hire a large number of creators quickly.

  ### 19. Empowering platform with supportive staff

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Norah T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

This platform is a game changer to our influencer marketing. It empowers our team to easily launch and manage campaigns for multiple purposes, from UGC materials to build social media brand awareness to creator ads, even Amazon affiliate programs. Product seeding is obviously a key feature. Insense support team is dedicated even when you're not in the highest subscription plan, and their developers seem to diligently work on improving limitations of functionality and stay open to getting feedback from clients.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

Quality of creators reached can be frustrating sometimes whether the demographic conditions are generic or specific. Bunches of creators will apply to your campaigns so it takes lots of time and effort to pick the really suitable ones for effective ROI, otherwise you'll receive the outputs that return out just under average. The ease of use also has its downside with limitations in creator payout method, communication management and overall campaign report. It's acceptable anyway considering the budget-saving trait of the app. Insense is constantly reaching out to more engaging creators in diverse verticals to meet its clients' demands and also developing features for better UX on both brand's and creator's ends, which is worth mentioning if you consider subscribing in the long term or not.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sourcing a large number of content creators increased brand awareness on social media with optimized budgets at hand;
Reaching influencers with special requirements in a few days, such as those who allow whitelisted ads or have Amazon storefront as an affiliate

  ### 20. Easy Way to Get Video UGC

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keely K. | Brand Marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

Our team needed a better way to source and gather UGC content promoting our service. Insense makes it easy to build briefs, find creators, communicate, and manage content from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

The platform organization can sometimes be a tad confusing based on what you're trying to do. For example, it will pull in all messages instead of just the ones you've hired unless you filter that out.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insense helped us solve the sourcing and content creation portion of our business. We needed help getting content that felt native in the feed from people who used our product who related to other busy moms looking for an easy dinner solution. Insense has helped us easily source creators and communicate with them from start to finish during the creation process.

  ### 21. A good way for beginners to get their foot in the door, does not pay creators the right amounts.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** alexis w. | content creation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Insense?**

I love that it is an easy way to get noticed by brands. The app is very convienant. I love that it is free to use. I love that we can apply to campaigns and charge our own fees. The downside is that you cannot go over the offered amount from the brand only under the offered rate which is nuts.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

I do not like that insense charges the brands a lot of money to use their platform but allows the brands to undercharge us as creators.

insense allows brands to whitelist off of our accounts without allowing us to charge extra because the brand set the price at 50 dollars.

insense suggests that our posts are only worth 50 dollars per. saying that if we get more likes we get more money. there should be a way for us to apply more amounts of money even if it is over the campaign's budget.

the brands lie and say that they only have 50 dollars for content but industry standards are an average of 300 dollars per usage right. a brand should not be allowed to use our content forever.

brands are allowed to rate us but we cannot rate them.

basically exploiting us for our work because most do not know any better and do not know what to charge.

Update 9/20/23

I still feel as though inesense should push brands to pay their creators more. The amount for videos have gone up significantly( from $50 to atlest $100) However, ugc should start out at atleast $300. The brands on this site ask for way too much for the compensation they are offering. They want you to do 2 UGC videos, voice over, b-roll,raw material, white list for 365 days, posting to your accounts, and all for $200. I would understand if this were mostly small business. HOwever, it is the huge companies that choose to not pay for their creators correctly.

AGAIN!! Insense starting monthly prices is $400 dollars and the max being $4,200 to use their services. THis means that the companys have money for creators. If companies do not want to pay creators they shouldnt have any obligations of content creation behind the gifting period.

Also, insense is not innocent, they allow brands to low ball creators by stating it is $200 per creator. LIke, I am grateful to be getting paid however, there needs to be something done about getting under paid. Because if a brand were to use an service or magazines, they would pay thousands of dollars... THey are savign money by using us but creating genuine connections with their audience gaining them much more money and attention.

**Recommendations to others considering Insense:**

Make sure that you do your research before using this app, especially if you create great content.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

problems:

brands not paying you fairly.

not being able to review brands for their quality partnerships

brands taking weeks /months to pay

brands using your content any time they want and however long

benefits:

good for beginners

  ### 22. One of the best platforms for creating UGC content

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adi C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

It is very easy to use and the support will do their best to make your campaign a success. What's particularly exciting is that I can link the content creator's Instagram account and my own Ad Manager account with the click of a button.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

Perhaps a stronger filter would be better as far as creators are concerned. There are a lot of content creators who apply with 3-4 different profiles for a campaign, which slows down my work, as I want to give everyone an equal chance and check their profile.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very easy to contact new content creators.
No need to worry about billing and contracts, because both parties are protected by Insense. Approval process is much faster on Insense than on other platforms (like Billo)

  ### 23. Invaluable for Creating UGC Content!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ariel N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

Insense has been an extremely cost effective way for our company to gather quality UGC content for our marketing efforts. It is easy to navigate and has helped us scale our creative production.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

Some influencers are more professional/engaging than others. It takes a while to sort through the influencers to find the highest quality ones.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influence helps us easily find and hire the right type of influencers to promote our games. UGC content from these influencers is used as part of our creative production. This increases the variety and quantity of our ads. It also helps us to quickly get seasonal content.

  ### 24. Easy to Create campaigns and find quality creators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Delaney N. | Graphic Design & Content Creation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

I love the way Insense has an easy-to-use campaign layout that helps you describe your purpose and goals when looking for content. This helps the creators understand what they need to do to make high-quality performance content that works.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

The pricing for the platform is a little steep but I am hoping the investment pays off as they roll out new features and add better creators. There are some creators that don't feel very professional on the platform so there is some sifting that needs to be done.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Insense in our agency to source UGC content and repurpose the content into ads and UGC mash-up cuts to then run as social media ads. It's a good way to round out a brand's content with some variety in UGC creators.

  ### 25. Smart idea, easy to find creators but sometimes content is not useable.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

I really like that we can work with a variety of different creators at the same time for multiple campaigns with different budgets. There are many times we have got great content from the 1st round and the content worked well on our ads and we saw some great results so totally worth the investment.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

1) 100% the Dedicated platform manager option, this option is not worth the money and we spend a lot of time trying to make that person understand our brand and what content we really wanted to get.
2) There are many creators who are not worth the investment, sometimes, they are not professionals, they do not follow the brief, they do wrong the campaign/name of our brand and we have to invest a lot of time to edit/review their content.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really help us get content we don't have from actual people wearing our product. We only do photoshoots with models so this content give us great value to post on our channels and run ads which bring us revenue.

  ### 26. It's genuinely the best tool for UGC I've ever used.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nat A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

The briefing system is super robust, giving you lots of room to add all the info you could possibly need, to make sure the content creators really understand what you're after.
You can also add in what content you want in a modular way, to make it super clear what you're wanting if there are a few different bits to the brief.
It's super easy to shortlist who you'd like to move forward with and you can even get in touch with the team if you've not had the right kind of applicants and they'll help find more suitable people to apply.
What impresses me the most about this platform is how helpful the success specialists are, they're really proactive and full of lots of great insights and tips.
It was the shortest timeline I've ever experienced fro putting up a brief to getting content delivered. There are lots of great creators here who really know what they are doing and just get it.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

It's sometimes hard to find a good amount of A* creators for our products, but they are a little more complicated to explain than say clothes, makeup or other things like that and it's an issue we've seen on all other platforms we've used. However, when we raised these concerns with our customer success specialist they gave us a bunch of actionable info on how to find the best people, which was amazing.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a UK-based company, so getting high-quality content from creators in the US has always been a pain point for us. Insense has really helped solve this for us and we've had so much great content delivered and put to use in our ads.

  ### 27. Insense makes creator sourcing very easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

The platform is very easy to use and the creator network is huge. We were able to create brief, select creators and get content delivered within a week.

But overall it is very helpful to coordinate with the creators, share with them the requirements, send them payments etc.

For experienced or older creators, the platform also gives useful insights into their portfolio like Engagement rate, Audience group etc. which is very helpful in the creator selection process.

The support team is also very helpful and proactive.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

The workflow of the product can be improved perhaps. Sometimes it is not very easy to locate the ongoing messages with creators and applicants.

It is also a bit manual to conduct background check on the creators' portfolio. It would be great if a feature like this can be incorporated. But apartment from that the platform meets all of our creator sourcing needs.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time to deliver these content is very short that allows for frequent refresh of our ads.
We are able to test new concepts quicker and reiterate on best practices.

  ### 28. Easy to use Creator Sourcing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristian K. | Performance Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

-Simple interface/UI
-Range of creators, lots of great creators in the D2C space - seems like it's designed for product reviews, testimonials, etc
-Have all of the fields/functionality you'd need reducing time (ie. they supply you with a briefing template, top hooks, Dos & Dont's for creators, etc.)
-Account support has been top

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

-Not a lot of bilingual creators (in my case looking for French speakers)
-Bit hit or miss on nicher products (my company is in the mortgage space and a lot of creators stick to what you've written in the brief, vs putting their own twist on it)

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Sourcing creator talent
-Creator communications & deal negotiations
-Payments

  ### 29. great experience sourcing UGC

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

large creator pool, fast turn around time, easy to communicate and negotiate.
dedicated support team and can even scale to bigger projects with us.
dynamic pricing, we choose our own pricing range for the content, without the committment of contracts vs traditional influencer marketing
therefore we can get the most out of our content. some infuencer content do not perform well and we are still obligated to pay for the rights

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

the platform UI is very buggy and laggy sometimes.
UX design can be improved, hard to navigate between the campaigns, briefs and messages.
every creator message goes straight to our inbox, no filter system, we should not see all the messages or creators that we did no accept.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

insense helps us slve the shortage of content, also content for different platforms. on insense you can source Instagrm or tiktok creators that know the platform well and know what work!
also the turn around time is short, once the brief is sent creators have certain amount of time to turn in the draft, and revision period is short because we are talking to the creators directly, instead of an agency then the agency to creator

  ### 30. Excellent UGC Solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

Insense provides a much needed service, connecting brands with UGC creators. As an agency this platform is critical to providing excellent creative resources to our clients.

The ability to access and run ads through a creators profile to a creators audience has been very beneficial to our clients and is really a hallmark that sets Insense apart from the other options out there.

The creators on the platform are professional and easy to work with. Most of the content we have received is very professional and hits the mark. Some falter here and there, but I attribute that to the prompts that we provide or our creator selection process still being refined.

I would highly recommend this platform.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

As a newer product offering in the UGC space, there are some improvements to be made to workflows to streamline the process and save time. The good news is that the Insense team is constantly trying to improve their product and they are very communicative.

I would also like to see expanded creator categories in the future. Some markets are flooded with creators... (beauty, lifestyle, fashion, family) but others... (automotive, action sports, overland, photography) could benefit from adding additional creators to the platform.

I expect Insense will only get better in the future as I have seen it improve since we started using it about a year ago.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insense allows us to offer our clients high quality UGC content that fits their brand niche without having to source and vette potential creators from the clients existing customer base.

  ### 31. Growth Manager

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon Y. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

The majority of creators do a great job of creating the content that we have requested. From there, we have decided with the creators we would like to work with on an on-going basis.

The platform has a wide variety of creators, and finding creators from hashtags has made it easier for our brand to find the creators we are looking for.

Our account representatives Kaylan and Thiago have been very great with supporting our team and responded very quickly to our emails.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

Periodically the Insense Pro creators have inputted the wrong shipping address, which has made us send the product twice to the creators, which is an additional cost for our business as we typically expedite the shipping for the creators.

We have only encountered this twice, but one of the creators did not have their whitelisting account attached, which took a while to get sorted.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have previously received creatives from creators without scripting, but with Insense Pro, we have scripted the creatives, which gives us better control of the creative tests we are launching.

  ### 32. Love Insense for Content

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

The ability to be able to not only pull creators I want but also refine and edit as well as cancel if I am not getting the content I need. The platform is so easy to communicate with creators and build out campaigns

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

Sometimes the speed of the site, or the glitches when trying to find creators I am assuming because of how many videos are in one feed when a lot of creators apply, as well as the time frame of responses when a creator goes quiet and i need to get help reaching out to a creator.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving our needs for content. We are a DTC marketing agency and the name of the game is content. I love being able to create campaigns where I am getting exactly what I need in larger volumes and in a quick turnaround.

  ### 33. Insense - for all your influencer marketing needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

Insense has been incredibly easy to use. It has helped me connect with a bunch of creators, build multiple campaigns at any time and they have an amazing support team ready to help with anything! Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

While you have many creators to choose from, sometimes the creators applying for the campaign are not exactly aligned with our brand. More young users as well so when we do run a campaign for an older demographic, we do struggle to find the right creators.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has saved our business a bunch of time trying to source influencers mannually. With their amazing support team, we also are well equipped to make sure we fill all the spots in our campaigns. Additionally, other platforms can be very expensive to use. Insense is very affordable and reasonable.

  ### 34. 4 of 5 so far - have been on Insense for 2 months now

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kay W. | Head of operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

Support is super helpful, and overall UI/UX is good. we have been running only gifting campaigns on Insense so far and results not bad.

a good replacement of Billo.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

maybe because we only run gifting campaigns, the inflencers are getting repetitive.
We will try to run paid campaign and see if we can get more diversified content.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UGC very good, it is easy to find find a bunch of no bad infleuncers to create content for the brand, and very cost-effective. our business perfomance increased for sure.

  ### 35. Using TikTok..... You need Insense🏆

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

The trust factor.....

I have run over 100 TikTok campaigns, and the biggest problem has been trying to collaborate with creators and influencers.

Insense makes it very easy, and even if the creator/influencer is slow or doesn't respond, the Insense team will follow up with them and sort it out

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

It's not Insense..... its a problem with the market..... creators/influencers are notoriously challenging to work with.

Insense makes it easier, but it can be frustrating when trying to make deadlines

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving me hours from contact creators/influencers and trying to collaborate with them.

On an average day before Insense, my team would contact 100 people per day on TikTok and we would only get 20 replies.... of those 20 replies, only 5 will be wothwhile.

Insense solves all of that 👊

  ### 36. Insense - UGC Content with some added benefits

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

Insense is a reliable place to find content creators for brands that don't have in-house teams to create content. The added benefit of being able to market to the audience of the creator is a nice feature to target customers.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

Sometimes it can be cumbersome to get through the creation process. From beginning to end we are still working to streamline our system to be more manageable. Vetting creators that apply is a challenge as well. Many of those creators apply for many campaigns, I'd like to have some options to further pinpoint creators.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run an agency and many of our clients need creators to produce new and exciting content. They either do not have their own creative teams, or those teams dont have the proper audience to market to in many cases.

  ### 37. Great and convenient platform for working with UGC content creators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lelde V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

It's easy to make a brief files and commmuincate with influencers. The staff is supportive and helps with ideas. It's good from the company's perspective that in addition to influencers we can achieve goals by working with them for free, even if it's just a question that can help our creative work.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

For a company that works with UGC content creators over the age of 40/50, we would like to have more creators on this platform.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time management, no need for contracts

  ### 38. Best Creator Platform Out There

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

The insense platform is the best creator plaform out there right now, with a super easy UI and easy to use interface for content creator filtering/campaign building it's really a step above the competition.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

10% fee cc charged to top up your account with no option to pay via ach is super steep.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to find creators for ads and brand reviews and insense is an easy to use platform that provides both.

  ### 39. Using Insense for UGC during past 2 months

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

I like the amazing account management and how helpful the team is. I like that the platform streamlines the process of collaborations with creators: agreements and payments.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

I would prefer to have the whole inbox with the creators in one place instead of message loops subdivided by campaigns. Also even if I select the option to exclude creators from past campaigns, they still somehow manage to apply. Moreover, sometimes when I manually add creators from the Marketplace to the campaign, the website browses so slowly that I have to reupload the whole page and start from the beginning.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to find creators fast, get in touch with them promptly, avoid agreements signing and bank transfers.

  ### 40. Awesome product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark P. | Creative Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

This platform makes it a breeze to connect with quality creators for your social media campaigns. One of the things I love about Insense.pro is how easy it is to use. Even if you're not technical, you'll have no trouble navigating the platform. The creators on Insense.pro are top-notch. And the platform gives you the option for organic or paid content - you choose what works best for your campaign.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

One area where it could improve is the messaging system. For example, it would be great if creators could upload media directly into the messaging system, making collaborating easier. And the front-facing dashboard for clients could be a bit more user-friendly.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to get both paid and organic content for one of my cosmetic brands.

  ### 41. The most cost-effective platform for influencer marketing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aviad E. | Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

Large selection of influencers and creators at relatively inexpensive rates, whitelisting feature is easy to use

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

Platform could be a bit more user-friendly and easy to navigate, whitelisting should be entirely controlled by the user

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insense allows us to easily find and work with creators from around the world in order to generate content and use their profiles to share this content across Facebook and Instagram.

  ### 42. Good value for creators yet frequent issues on platform

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

Insense is great for creating new opportunities to connect between brands and creators. I think the value of creators that you can get on insense is greater than other platforms however many of the creators that are on insense don't actually have brand integrity but are only UGC creators ie only have a presence on social media for the purpose of making money and nothing more than that.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

I think the platform really misses the mark in terms of engaging their current creator pool as it seems like the group of active creators on the platform is no more than a few thousand. I also think they need to be more stringent with their creators when creators miss accurately apply to a listing or do not follow all the requirements of a brand deal as it significantly impact the brand more than it ever will the creator as a single entity.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting with general lifestyle influencers easily.

  ### 43. Insense is the best platform I have used

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

It offers a great rolodex of influencers, but they offer product seeding vs straight cash for campaigns. The previous influencer databases I have worked with were cash only.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

The UI / UX needs help. Its clunky, and if you click backwards to go back, you lose all the data you saved. Its far more complex than it needs to be - but rumor is they are working on this

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Influencer marketing - specifically defining out strategy and building it out. Insense offers UGC, product seeding and whitelisting - love how its a one stop shop

  ### 44. Great platform with great features.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

Creator ratings and badges really help get a good insight on how well a creator will perform. They also have a huge network of excellent creators!

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

Platform has a couple bugs, other than that it's great and getting better every update.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating scalable ads for social media.

  ### 45. Awesome platform for micro-influencers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Restaurants | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

Insense gets you easy access to a wide range of influencers with all the requirements you are looking for. The quality you get is great and the team is absolutely attentive and helpful. They give you all the resources to deliver a great campaign.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

It would have been better if the influencers could share results, metrics and analytics in a more organized way for presenting campaign results. Maybe Insense could help in some way to make this happen.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insense worked great for finding influencesr when you are in a tight budget. It gives you the chance to review different options all in the same place and have an easy communication and controlled proccess all the way up until content delivery.

  ### 46. Very convenient and useful platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dmytro K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

I really like the fact that the platform provides a convenient interface for interacting with creators. It is also very convenient that I can see statistics for each creator, which is not provided by tiktok or instagram.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

I don't like not being able to follow deadlines. You set a deadline, but you can't be sure if the creator will do the work in that time.
On fiverr, I can see how long it will take a certain creator to complete the work. Then I can calculate my time and plan the project.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I get the content I need for reasonable money. I don't need to look for people, write to each one individually and offer to make content. Thanks to this, I can constantly run tests and test our hypotheses.

  ### 47. We love Insense for fresh new content!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

Insense is easy to use, filled with quality influencers and content creators.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

Not as user friendly on the app. Always need to be on desktop which makes it hard to work on the go.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content, new exposure, reviews

  ### 48. A great tool for sourcing affordable UGC content

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

Insense is easy to use, affordable, and versatile. We are able to rapidly test a variety of ad creative.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

Some of the creators don't make very high quality content, so it takes time to weed out the lower quality creators.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need user generated content to run as ads on paid social. Insense makes it easy to generate those ads from a variety of creators. Our performance has improved since using the platform.

  ### 49. Creative and Good Quality Content Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

We like the quality of content creators and the ease of creating campaigns. Insense has provided great support and customer service, and makes the whole process of finding creators and obtaining content much easier.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

I feel it would be help to provide the brands an more in-depth look of what the creators are viewing and how the creators are shown campaigns. This would give brands a better understanding of how to attract more creators to apply.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our brand needed fresh UGC content to be created for our paid social ads. Insense and the content creators are helping up the game in our lead campaigns, while providing more organic-looking content to our audiences.

  ### 50. A fantastic solution for brands who want to build relationships with creators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Insense?**

It's great to be able to find and connect with influencers and creators in a flexible way that allows us to get a feel for the creator and the type of content they create, before actually having to hire and pay upfront. We love being able to build ongoing partnerships, and the diversity of their creator marketplace.

**What do you dislike about Insense?**

Sometimes it can be a struggle to 'sort' creators who are uninterested, or find messages without going to a certain brief. It would be helpful if there was an overall partnerships inbox, in which we didn't have to go into individual briefs to find what we are looking for. Also, being able to see a quick view of hired creators and the status of their projects outside of the individual briefs would be helpful.

**What problems is Insense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insense helps us find creators that have unique personalities that are in line with our brand ethos and values. As a brand, we value authenticity so we appreciate being able to connect and conversate with creators before hiring, as this helps us be sure it's an ideal fit for us as a brand and as well as for our creators and influencers.
