I use joinbrands almost every week and the quality of the creators is amazing, the content they create is incredible and the overall experience has been completely seamless with very high ease of implementation and ease of integration. The platform is very straightforward and easy-to-use, caters to brands really well, is fair to both sellers and creators, the pricing is AWESOME, the customer support is excellent too. They have a big library of UGC creators in different age groups. I like that you can invite creators to your campaign as well as they can apply. I love that there are different levels of creators so you can try working with less or more experienced creators.

Ease of use is tops. Appreciate how campaigns are set up to communicate brand information and intention to potential creators. The tiers of talent are nice, too. I find that there is a good variety of creators to work with. When I publish a campaign, I get ~200+ applications, which is manageable. The creator's portfolios and past work are helpful to review, in addition to reviews from the brands they've worked with. As a member, I have had questions about the best methods for success regarding Social Blasts, etc., and I booked time with a representative to ask questions. Sometimes, creators are not responsive. However, JoinBrands keeps timelines for the project and allows brands to leave a creator if they haven't met their timelines. The trouble is that you've already sent them your sample product, which is a loss.

JoinBrands does not readily make use-case studies available, which feels amiss. JoinBrands should consider omitting the brands and still presenting the data (if they have it). It concerns me that this isn't a top priority, as proof of outcomes is critical to helping members make decisions and trusting that JoinBrands creators get results.
