What do you dislike about Insense?

We have had a terrible experience with their billing department. On August 19th, our account auto-renewed for a 3-month term at a cost of $1,500.

We immediately caught the transaction and emailed their support team exactly 12 minutes after the charge went through to cancel the renewal and request a refund. We had no intention of continuing to use the platform.

Despite acting immediately—literally within minutes—Insense refused to honor the cancellation or refund the charge. They hid behind a strict "no refunds" clause rather than acting in good faith with a long-term customer. We paid $1,500 for a 3-month window that we tried to cancel immediately and have not used.

Recommendations to others considering the product: Be extremely careful with your credit card details here. Their auto-renewal policies are rigid and predatory. If you forget to cancel by a single minute, they will charge you thousands of dollars and refuse to work with you, even if you notify them immediately. Turn off auto-renew the second you sign up.
