
What I like best about the system is its speed and efficiency, which makes task tracking easy. The navigational tools are user-friendly and intuitive, and there's a comprehensive help guide for support. This has enabled my team to manage tasks, reprioritize them based on business needs, route them appropriately, and take action. As a result, we've maintained strong relationships and transparency in our workflow and business volume, capturing valuable insights into our partners' needs and focusing our efforts on important tasks with custom priorities. What I dislike about the system is that it does not allow for self-service password resets. I also dislike the inability to track history, flag email responses, and have them automatically archive back into the appropriate files. Although we haven't fully upgraded yet, I can only speak to the current version. However, I believe that my requests and current challenges will be addressed once we upgrade.
