## AIM Reviews
  ### 1. Streamlined Policy Writing with Top-Notch Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Quintin S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about AIM?**

I use AIM for policy writing, and it has made my life so much easier. I really like how AIM keeps everything organized and user-friendly when quoting. The embedded tools in the system make my job easier, especially the submission binding and product quoting. Instead of adding entities one by one, I can populate the data into fields, and it creates the quote for me. The initial setup was fairly easy, with our IT team handling most of it, and the trainers just showed us how to use it. AIM simplifies my tasks, and the way it streamlines things is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about AIM?**

Sometimes there are small glitches where certain things won’t work. For example, when putting in locations and buildings, the system may glitch and not show any, even though they exist, or vice versa. Support has to go into the SQL server to fix the issue.

**What problems is AIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AIM for policy writing, making my life easier by organizing everything and simplifying quoting. It has embedded tools like submission binding and product quoting, letting me populate data and auto-create quotes instead of adding line by line.
