For us it was important to find a tool which helped us get a better view of which channels contribute the most to new customer acquisition. As much as most of our ad platforms + other channels will have new vs repeat customer reporting and data driven attribution we didn’t have a good view to compare them to each other and use our website CRM data to determine new vs repeat.

I’d like more options to create custom reports, however most times the team at Fospha is very quick to action and update dashboards with our preferences Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
