No More Missed Patient Messages

Having Google, Facebook, and WhatsApp messages all come into one inbox has been a game changer. Before I was jumping between apps and we’d miss messages when it got busy. Now I can see everything in one place and reply fast. The WhatsApp integration is huge for us because most patients prefer messaging there. We can send quick updates, appointment reminders, and even feedback surveys directly on WhatsApp. The AI suggested replies also save me so much time during rush hours. A few new patients even mentioned they found us through AI search.

quick to set up and easy for the team

We mainly use it for scheduling social content across our channels and keeping our profiles consistent. Setup was faster than I expected and the interface is clear, so the team picked it up without training. Over the last months we have also seen traffic coming from AI assistants, which we had not planned for.
