Our own marketing used to get pushed behind client work. Pluspoint fixed the part I cared about: LinkedIn and X posts go out on a schedule our marketing lead sets, and every comment and DM lands in one inbox that somebody actually owns. I look at the dashboard once a week and can see what went out and what came in without asking anyone. Support was responsive when we connected the accounts. A growing share of inbound now mentions ChatGPT or Perplexity, which we did not see a year ago.

OwnerQuick setup, does what we need
Setting up our new locations on Pluspoint was quick and our listings were updated on Google within a couple of days. We use it for reviews and posting to social for all our cafés. It is easy to use and we have had customers say an AI recommended us, which is nice.

--Useful for tracking visibility across search and AI platforms
Part of my job is content discoverability, so the AI search side is what interested me first. We can see where mentions are coming from, and it has grown steadily since we started tracking it. The scheduling is the part I use daily. Posts go across our channels from one place and replies come back to a single inbox. Support answered quickly the couple of times I asked.
