We were paying for three separate things per client and now it is one, which saved me a lot of admin at month-end. I can also finally see which enquiries came in from AI, and that was the bit I got excited about. It was not even a line on my sheet last year. The review requests going out on their own helps too, because I used to be the one reminding everyone. It integrates seamlessly with HubSpot, where all our enquiries land directly into the CRM I report from. The connection works smoothly and saves a lot of manual data entry

The surveys were meant to be a side thing. Now they shape what we build next. We send a short one after onboarding, the answers sit against the contact record, and I read through them on a Monday instead of booking a separate call for every question I have. (Half are one-liners, but the pattern still shows up.) Social is the other piece I touch daily. Posts go across our channels on a schedule and I am not opening four apps to do it, and messages arrive in one inbox, so somebody writing on Instagram waits the same time as somebody emailing. Reply time is the number I did not expect to care about. We were not tracking it before, and seeing it changed how we staff our mornings.

The listings part, mostly. Our clients stopped turning up with wrong details all over the place and nobody here had to chase it, which is the kind of job everyone avoids. The AI thing I did not expect. A couple of clients have said people found them through an assistant, so I bring it up in pitches now. Social for all of them runs off one screen as well.
