Pluspoint Keeps Our Multi-Store Listings Consistent and Boosts Local Visibility
We use Pluspoint across our stores for listings, reviews, surveys and social. The listing management keeps every store's details consistent on Google and the other directories, which had been a problem with the number of locations we have, and our local search visibility improved after that. The post-purchase surveys give us NPS by store. We track traffic from AI search separately now and it has been growing month to month. The platform is stable and the team was easy to work with.

We run three veterinary clinics and clients write to us in Hebrew and English, often on WhatsApp late in the evening. The shared inbox is the reason we keep paying: WhatsApp, Instagram and Google messages in one queue, with a note on who answered what. Listing management fixed the opening hours and phone numbers on Google Maps for all three sites in an afternoon, and they have stayed correct. Review requests go out after each visit. At intake we ask new clients how they found us, and ChatGPT now shows up on that list next to Google, so the local SEO side is doing something.
