Scheduling is the part I use most. I plan our posts across channels from one place instead of going into each account separately, and the comments and DMs come back into the same inbox, so replying is one pass rather than three. We keep our listings up to date from here too. That used to be nobody's job and it quietly drifted out of date. What I did not expect was AI traffic. It is still a small share, but people are finding us through assistants rather than search, and it has grown every month since we started watching it

I have been doing SEO since 2007, so anything promising AI visibility gets a raised eyebrow from me. What convinced me was dull and structural. Consistent location data across the directories is what the assistants actually read, and this keeps it consistent without one of my team writing scripts to go and check. We run it for clients in a few countries, which is usually where these tools fall over. It has not. We also rolled it out without engineering time, and I say that as the person who would have had to find that time.
