Good tool for guest reviews and messaging

|Pluspoint
We use Pluspoint to manage guest reviews from Google, Tripadvisor and the booking sites in one place, and for guest messaging. The front desk team finds it easy to use, which is important for us. Response times to reviews have improved and we can see all the feedback in one dashboard. We have also had some guests mention that they found us through an AI assistant when planning their trip.

Reviews and replies stopped being someone's evening job

|Pluspoint
Two things I can put a number on. Reviews: the QR code at checkout roughly doubled how many we get, and the AI drafts the replies in our tone, so a manager approves in seconds instead of writing from scratch at 10pm. Listings: every location shows the same hours and phone everywhere, which killed the wrong-address calls. What I did not expect was the coupon attribution. We finally know which campaign brought someone through the door, and the AI-assistant referrals show up as their own source in the same report.

Solid for listings and reviews, social could be stronger

We manage listings, reviews and social for a number of branches and Pluspoint has been a good fit. The listing management keeps our business information accurate across Google, Apple and the other directories, which made a noticeable difference to our local search visibility. Review requests go out automatically and the AI reply suggestions save the team time. Reporting by branch is useful for our monthly reviews. We have also seen an increase in enquiries coming from AI search, which is a channel we had not been tracking before.
