Surveys and campaigns from the same place we post

We use it for social scheduling, the shared inbox, surveys and campaigns. Posts for LinkedIn, X and Facebook go out from one calendar and comments and DMs land in one inbox. The surveys are simple to set up. We send a short one to new customers and then run an email campaign to the happy ones asking for a review, which used to be done by hand. Support helped us build that flow in one call. Some signups now come from AI assistants, and having our reviews and listings in order probably helps with that.

GEO is the bet, and this covers it

GEO is where attention is heading, so getting surfaced in AI answers is the bet I care about, and cleaning up our listings is what moved it. My team runs social and the shared inbox out of the same tool, which killed a few tabs and a couple of subscriptions. Because they ship an MCP, our engineers pulled the data into our own AI stack in an afternoon. For a software team, that last part is rare and it matters.

Helps Us Get More Reviews and Stay on Top of Patient Communication

The automated review requests have made a big difference for our practices, we get a lot more reviews now without staff having to ask. The reminder campaigns are easy to set up and go out per practice. Having all our listings consistent has also helped, and we have noticed new patients finding us through AI search which is something we are keeping an eye on. The platform is user friendly and support has been good.
