The surprise upside is discovery: our locations started showing up when people ask AI assistants for a recommendation, not just in regular search. Our ops lead connected their MCP too, so I can ask our own AI assistant for the week's numbers instead of opening a dashboard. Didn't expect that from a tool in this space.

It's simple to keep everything updated in one place. Good alternative to Birdeye and Podium (they are very pricey).
