We use Pluspoint mostly for social media management and the shared inbox. Before, LinkedIn, X and Facebook were three separate tabs and replies to comments and DMs got lost between me and our marketer. Now posts are scheduled from one calendar and every message lands in one inbox, so nothing sits unanswered for days. If someone asked me what to check first, I would say the inbox. Support answered our setup questions the same day. We have also had a couple of enquiries mention they found us through ChatGPT, which we did not expect from a tool like this.

One tool for the company socials and the inbox
I got our company channels as a side project because nobody on the team owned them. Pluspoint made that manageable. I plan a month of LinkedIn and X posts in the calendar, and the comments and DMs from all of them come into one inbox that I check twice a day. The reports are simple enough to paste into our monthly update without editing. Support was quick when I asked about connecting our LinkedIn page. We have also started seeing enquiries that mention ChatGPT or Perplexity, which is new for us.

I work on positioning and launches, so the main thing for me is that a message goes out the same way everywhere. Pluspoint lets us schedule across all our channels from one place and see what performed afterwards. That replaced a lot of manual coordination. The reporting is useful when we review a launch. We have also noticed traffic coming from AI search, which is a channel we pay more attention to now.
