I like how simple the interface is, making it easy for us to set up quizzes, optimize reviews, and set up integrations with tools like Google display reviews, Klaviyo, or Postscript. The support is always extremely attentive and very good. Anytime we have an issue, I know that the support will help us figure it out and stay on top of it, which is invaluable to me. I also think Okendo is fairly priced compared to other options. I really like the new AI review summary feature that Okendo has, which is really helpful to customers. Their onboarding support was extremely hands-on and very competent.
