Okendo is a robust, easy to use review solution for us. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify. Their customer service is quick and very helpful, the platform interface is intuitive and they are always bringing new features online to help us optimize our review process. Okendo offers everything we were looking for in a review/loyalty program. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to find exactly what I need and efficiently manage both programs. I really like the reporting and insights. I regularly use the review volume, star ratings, sentiment, AI summaries and capture rate to better understand customer feedback and gain insight in real-time on their experience with our products. Having all this data makes it easy to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve our customers' experience with our products. The migration process was better than I had hoped for. We have only 30 days to transition our reviews and loyalty program, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. Chase helped to answer all of my questions as I weighed the decision to migrate from Yotpo to Okendo. Chelsea went above and beyond in working alongside me and ensuring everything was completed on time without disrupting our customers and their loyalty accounts.
