We were able to deliver the review experience for customers that we’ve always wanted, including fit information and AI summaries within reviews. The Okendo team also worked closely and quickly with us to migrate from our previous reviews platform, making the transition seamless. The widget UI is customisable and allows us to collect data for attributes easily tailored to each product category. The pricing for the platform was competitive. Okendo integrates seamlessly with our Shopify techstack across CRM, Customer Service etc.

I find Okendo to be a good platform for reviews, and I appreciate how customizable and configurable it is. It's also visually appealing, looking better than other platforms I've tried. I like the bundling capabilities, allowing reviews for all products in a bundle to be shown, which is a significant advantage. The customer success at Okendo is excellent, always very helpful when I encounter issues. The transition from Yotpo to Okendo was mainly because of the bundle capabilities, and it works well with being scanned by LLMs. Setting it up was pretty easy.
