We use Okendo mainly for reviews and it works great out of the box. It's easy and intuitive to configure, and their team helps you every step of the way, from pre-sign up, to set up, to post-launch insights. It's very easy to import reviews from another platform, and there are lots of great integrations. Overall we're very happy with Okendo and are using it across several brands.

Since day one, the Okendo team has been available and supportive. Garrett initially onboarded us for reviews after many terrible years with Shopper approved. More recently he helped us move our quiz from Quiz Kit to Okendo; which was an incredibly seamless transition. Chase was the person who I initially connected with when we wanted to start moving our quiz and surveys over, he was great too! Overall, what I appreciate the most about Okendo as a tool and the people that work here is that no one is pushing you to try new products/features, there's no need to. Okendo is a great tool on it's own and the people I've worked with like Garrett, Chas and Steven make it more enjoyable to work with.
