I really like the people at Okendo; they're easy to work with and are always ready to answer questions. They're honest about what their tool can do and how to use it effectively. The webinars Okendo offers are really useful, especially when they showcase how others are using Okendo and provide suggestions for upgrades. Milagros, who conducts the webinars, is incredibly strong and key to much of my success. I also appreciate the integration with Shopify, which allows us to personalize our loyalty programs seamlessly. The help documents are detailed, and if there's something I don't understand, the account manager is always happy to help.
