What I like most about Okendo is the support and guidance we received throughout the setup and implementation process. Amber and Shiela have been especially helpful - they’ve been responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist whenever we had questions or needed clarification. Okendo has been a valuable investment for us, especially with the support we’ve received throughout the implementation and ongoing use of the platform. Amber Smith has been incredibly helpful during the implementation process, patiently answering our questions and guiding us through the setup to ensure everything was configured properly. We also appreciate the support from Shiela Sevilleno, who has been very helpful during our quarterly check-in by answering our questions and providing guidance. We’re looking forward to continuing to work with her and the Okendo team as we further optimise and get more value from the platform.

The onboarding process was very thorough, and the support team resolved any issues that came up quickly. It also integrates smoothly with the rest of our tech stack. Okendo also provides all of the same features as our previous platform, for half the cost.
