**What do you like best about eGain Social?**

I like this application because it allows the brand to be humanized by giving it a presence in social networks and that our clients can interact as they do with a friend, I like Egain because it allows to establish a control panel of all the social networks of a brand in a same platform, this allows a client to be attended immediately and receive a timely response according to the origin of your question. Egain also has an artificial intelligence system that helps and keeps the client pending, always giving him options and answering frequently asked questions.

**What do you dislike about eGain Social?**

I have noticed a certain deficiency in terms of artificial intelligence, although carefully configured, you can incorrectly interpret a question and give an incorrect answer, I think it is necessary to adjust some details before allowing the chatbot to interact independently with the client.

**Recommendations to others considering eGain Social:**

I highly recommend Egain, I believe that Egain will take the relationship that your company has with your client to the next level, they will no longer see you as a simple brand but as an ally and that is invaluable.

**What problems is eGain Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits that we have received working with egain are incalculable, it has allowed our brand to have a presence in social networks and humanize our brand so much that people can feel that they are talking with a friend, thanks to its monitoring it allows us to know what our company wants. potential client and we can reach your emotional space more. In general terms egain makes us better.

**What do you like best about eGain Social?**

Egain is synonymous with customer service, it offers you everything you need from its main panel so you can attend to the customer and offer them the help you are requesting, remember that on the internet people do not expect much for an answer, since it is very easy go to another page so Egain allows you to answer immediately, you can set up a chat bot that catches the client in the first message with a response or a general greeting, and then I will go deeper into the solution that the client requires, egain It allows you to integrate several social networks and predate from their main screen chronologically as the messages arrive.

**What do you dislike about eGain Social?**

Its interface is easy but it feels that its design can be improved, the chatbot only use it for general greetings and frequent answers that are easy to detect because if I do interpret the message I could be wrong and that would be a damage to the brand.

**Recommendations to others considering eGain Social:**

I recommend the application because I don't know another one that allows you to attend several accounts at the same time and in such an efficient and effective way, you can give your brand a more personal touch.

**What problems is eGain Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to create a bond with the client that feels attended first hand, we can catch more clients in the first message since the automatic greeting keeps them online and grateful for having been taken into account.

**What do you like best about eGain Social?**

I like this application because it allows customers to have a close connection with the brand and vice versa, thanks to its platform all the options offered by the chat makes it easy for customers to get involved with the CSR, It is kind enough to have artificial intelligence the which can be configured to answer frequently asked questions or interpret what the client wants and give him an option where the client can go in case of not being able to be attended immediately, Egain can integrate different social networks and allows them to be manipulated from the same panel, so You can answer comments, concerns and questions from any social network through the same application.

**What do you dislike about eGain Social?**

I think what I don't like about Egain is that its automatic responses depend a lot on its artificial intelligence and if it is not well configured it can make a bad reading of what the client requires and not give a corresponding answer.

**Recommendations to others considering eGain Social:**

Being present in social networks is extremely important and essential for any company that does not want to die over time. Most customers are present and the brand has to find a way to do it, for this I recommend Egain, it will allow you to use all social networks as a means of communication and customer service.

**What problems is eGain Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can give a better attention to our customers who are looking for us in social networks, we can be connected where customers are connected, we can use all social networks in our favor and thus deliver a high quality and modern service, while our competition is elsewhere, we mix and make life with our customers on social networks.

**What do you like best about eGain Social?**

I like this application because it allows to give a high quality attention to the clients of the brand in the social networks, since you can integrate several social networks and control them from the same interface, Egain has a panel where you can see the whole panorama and you can Be always alert and available so as not to leave customers waiting for your response. You have the option of configuring Artificial Intelligence to respond to common concerns while you care about a little more complex concerns. With Egain you can track the interactions of potential customers and thus know a little more about what interests you to know what to offer them.

**What do you dislike about eGain Social?**

You have to configure automatic responses very well and do not try to abuse artificial intelligence since sometimes you can misinterpret the comments and you can give a non-congruent answer, this would give an inverse reaction than the one you want.

**Recommendations to others considering eGain Social:**

Social networks are currently the largest movement of information that exists, everyone makes life and presence in networks, so it is excellent to have applications like Egain, they will allow you to always be attentive to what the customer wants. That's why I recommend this application.

**What problems is eGain Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is like always having someone attending to the clients, and in the moments that we do not have any collaborator available the application is in the capacity to solve simple concerns and when it can not alert us through other channels. Clients feel better served

**What do you like best about eGain Social?**

For our company the first thing is the clients and it is very important to solve all your queries, that is why this is very good, even if they are small or large. It is very useful with the commitment of the clients that part is very good and speaks very well of it.

**What do you dislike about eGain Social?**

I emphasize that you must add a notification function, in case we receive an important message, we can respond in that email quickly and easily. It is not as easy as it seems and to manage product marketing with this tool due to the technology gap. Also It helps to grow the business and keep the old customers with us.

**Recommendations to others considering eGain Social:**

I recommend it because its use is very simple and fast for communication with commercial customers and businesses.

None has been very good for me at the moment.

**What do you like best about eGain Social?**

I do like that you can track cases and see everything related to them. I also liked the fact that you could search for an activity and see the entire audit trail.

**What do you dislike about eGain Social?**

The version I have used was limited on what you could use to search. Searching by email was difficult, and the server that we were told had unlimited storage had very limited capacity. Attachments were deleted by the system after a month to save space. We lost those attachments and couldn't see them again. 

**Recommendations to others considering eGain Social:**

Find a better product.

**What problems is eGain Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The issue we solved by using eGain was allowing all members of the team access to emails so that no one person had to do everything or hold up the process. It allowed tracking of work also, which was important for efficiency.
