**What do you like best about eGain Knowledge+AI?**

They were KCS certified for knowledge management

**What do you dislike about eGain Knowledge+AI?**

Their customer response and they promised the world to their customers and then went in different directions.  They basically lied to their customers in order to gain the business then they abandoned them

**What problems is eGain Knowledge+AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We went to them for a knowledge database.   We never realized the savings as we were never able to get the system to work correctly and they made it such that our version could not be customer facing.

The flexibility and being user friendly.

i love everything about egain. there is always room for improvement but overall it is the best app to use.

**Recommendations to others considering eGain Knowledge+AI:**

this will be the greatest investment you will have compare to other app. your money will never be wasted.

**What problems is eGain Knowledge+AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

data analytics. Summarizing data. accessibility and accuracy saves a lot of time for me to do other task.

Ftp like structure which made the cms seem familiar.

Simple things which you would place a support ticket for were overly conplex

**Recommendations to others considering eGain Knowledge+AI:**

Hire a consultant who can implement on site if you believe the cms meets your requirements

Multila language support for a variety of websites
