**What do you like best about eGain Call Track?**

I use eGain Call Track everyday across different shifts, and it's become a must-have for handling thousands of interactions smoothly. It's packed with awesome features like smart call categorization, workflow automation, and knowledge base integration, which is really helpful. The set up is quick and easy, needing only a little training, and eGain's customer support has always been fantastic, I can always expect quick response from them. Integrating call tracking with our current CRM and existing system was super smooth !

**What do you dislike about eGain Call Track?**

There might be  a bit of a delay in peak hours. But that's very rarely, during extremly high volume of calls, there might be slight delays in system response.

**What problems is eGain Call Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making our job a lot easier by keeping everything organized in one place. It helps manage a ton of calls, speeding up our task, taking less time & allowing us to work more smoothly . All of this means , our customer service for the customers can be faster, simpler and eventually would bring us more business , that would result in more revenue at the end.

**What do you like best about eGain Call Track?**

Compare to other call tracking solution eGain  is easy to use and integrate with other solutions. eGain also have features commonly used by contact centers. Customer support is also easy to reach out. I also would like to highlight the platform because it is very user friendly and is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about eGain Call Track?**

As of now I dont think that there would be anything to dislike about the solution.

**What problems is eGain Call Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eGain has features like call tracking, live chat and email support management that is commonly used by customer support representative and it solves the problem of looking for different applications because all of these features are in one unified platform.

Getting the number of calls in a certain interval we indicate during request. It helps us make data base reports accurately and timely

Its ability to seamlessly roster support reps and juggle between the chat and the call

Some times the chatbot would take longer to give the suggestions

**What problems is eGain Call Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were adding a chat solution on our website and we wanted to use Call Track's bot suggestions and in house lead creation model.
