The capacity to help people individuals in actual time while they visit web pages and find a solution promptly is a helpful tool that is easy to use and access. It resolves customer service and timely responses to problems.

how easy it is to integrate multiple platforms and channels into one place to better target audiences and create engaging content.

**What do you dislike about eGain ClickToCall?**

Took a while/difficult to get used to the format translation issues with the authoring console. Huge learning curve

when clients want to speak over the phone and provides real time confirmation for important decisions

What i like most about clicktocall is the part that its so easy to use and access.

So far i hope to get more options when inquiring thru click to call but its not a majot problem so far

The problem that this tool helps most is the timeliness of help you get when using clickto call
